Gentle Yoga for Cancer Patients:
reconnecting body, mind and spirit
in association with Wake Forest University Baptist Medical Center
and Yoga Gallery
After five wonderful years at 717 S. Marshall St., Arts of Yoga studio has packed its bags and moved downtown and in with its sister, the Yoga Gallery, 633 N. Trade St. Go to www.yogagallery.net to see the daily (seven days a week) class offerings and to find out about all the special events we've got coming up.
This site will be taken down for renovations soon and will go back up in a few months with information on how to get Lynn's instructional DVD “Gentle Yoga for Cancer Patients: Reconnecting Body, Mind and Spirit” that she is making with Wake Forest University Baptist Medical Center - and more.
Thank you for being part of the Arts of Yoga kula. On leaving the Marshall St. space, I realize just how focused and sincere our practice has been. I also realize that while this is the end of one era in our practice, it is the beginning of another. Nothing great is ever undertaken without an element of uncertainty, but this I know: We are being welcomed with open arms and hearts to Trade Street. We will continue to practice together - in harmony but unafraid of disharmony. We will live our yoga by staying with our feelings, being in the moment and opening ourselves to what is. May all beings be peaceful and happy. May all beings be free from suffering.
Om. Shanti. Shanti. Shanti.
Peace. Peace. Peace.
